The hotel's decoration was lovely and had a warm, homely feel that made me instantly comfortable. The general areas were well-maintained and had beautiful views of the golf course, which was a delight to wake up to. As a senior, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with no steep stairs or long corridors to navigate.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there, especially when it came to carrying my luggage.

Additionally, the hotel had a great view of the Silloth golf course, which is known as one of the best links courses in the UK. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the house was warm, despite the cold winter weather. The hotel provided everything we needed, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We particularly appreciated the welcome treats of jammy doughnuts and milk. this hotel provided excellent value for money, with its great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

It's definitely one of the best links courses in the UK. the warmth of the house during the winter weather was a big plus too. I can't wait to stay again in the New Year.
